Whimsical Wednesday: Build Your Own Cupcakes Printable

It's Wednesday, right? I have trouble keeping track sometimes.

It's been a LOOOOONG time since I've done a Whimsical Wednesday post.

You're probably thinking, "what Whimsical Wednesday post? This lady is losin' her damn mind." And you might be right (about the mind-losing part)

Around the time I started my blog, I did a Whimsical Wednesday and a Salvaged Sunday post...but I wasn't very good about keeping track of it. It's quite possible that I may still not be good at keeping track of it, but I'm going to try. Feel free to harass and ridicule me if you find that I'm slacking off on it.

Some people gamble, some people shop...I pin. So, when I came across this adorable printable there this morning, I thought it would be a perfectly whimsical way to re-start Whimsical Wednesday.

Aren't these sweet cupcake cutouts from Creature Comforts almost yummy enough to eat?

This is my kind of baking. Especially, since our kitchen is half-destroyed right now while we start to renovate it....this is about the only type of baking I'll be doing any time soon.

A Bevy of FREE Fantastic-ness...Blog Bling and Printables and Fonts!

As I was doing a Saturday morning stroll through a couple of my favorite blogs, I stopped by Just Something I Made to see if she had any new blog bling, and I found a bevy of bloggy fantastic-ness! (and I love me some bevies of bloggy fantastic-nesses, in case you were wondering)...

If you like the font I used above, I found it at another one of my favorite blogs, Kevin and Amanda. This one is called Pea Lovey Dovey and I found out about this site from ANOTHER one of my favorite blogs, Jones Design Company.

....oh, you like that little flourish, do you? Funny, it's FREE TOO! (Is this better than Christmas morning, or what!)...it's like I'm givin' stuff away...teehee! I found the link to this website via Makin' Cute Blogs who has pages of great freebies and freebie resources including clip art, fonts, backgrounds, blog bling...

I think I just might add Makin Cute Blogs to my list of favorite blogs. Oh, haven't I mentioned it before? it's here.

If you don't know how to use all this free fantastic-ness, most of these blogs offer tutorials and FAQs to help you out...I'm going to leave all that up to the pros, as all this free fantastic-ness has just about worn me out!

Let's Party - New Year's Eve Decor Ideas!

I hope each of you had a simply stupendous Christmas (or holiday of your choice)...we thought we had a lot of toys before 12/24 - we have 3 times that many now. That's even after donating 4 boxes.

Don't know about you, but I've been experiencing a case of severe creativity block...

Hope it ends soon, but in the meantime, I've been meandering through the 75,000,000 Google images that pop up when I searched for "New Years Decor" to find some sparkly, blingtastic ideas to share with those of you still recovering from last weekend.
